Jesus doesnt care if you went to bible school, seminary or if you are a high school drop out. He doesnt care if youve been a Christian 50 years, 5 years, or 5 minutes. He is not interested in your resume of achievements and qualifications. Jesus doesnt look at our intelligence, how much knowledge we have, how strong we are and how well put together we may look. He doesnt look at the outward appearance, He looks at the heart. And He is looking for available vessels with a willing, humble and teachable heart. He is also not looking for those who are squeaky clean with no faults. If that were the case, then Paul, Peter, John, James, and many others would have been disqualified. In fact, not one person would be qualified to do the work of the Kingdom. But remember, Jesus doesnt call the qualified. He qualifies the called!

But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not look at his appearance or at his physical stature, because I have refused him. For the Lord does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.” 1 Samuel 16:7 NKJV
