Awakening and the Coming Messenger-11/11/16
-Prophetic Word for East Dallas (Rowlett)

Over the past year I’ve received a couple dreams from the Lord in regards to the Eastern Dallas Region (Trinity Fork), Rowlett. I’ve recently felt a release to share these dreams as a source of encouragement and exhortation to what I’ve felt the Lord saying to the Body of Christ within the region. On the night of December 11th in 2015 I was taken into a night vision where I was walking down the I-30 Interstate (Westward in the Eastbound lane) thru Rowlett. As I began to survey my surroundings I saw Malachi 3.1 boldly written in green on both sides of the retaining walls beneath a major overpass in Rowlett. As I began to gaze upon the writings I then noticed there was much graffiti overlaying the Malachi 3.1 message as there was a high-school homecoming being prepared for within the city and many were not able to see the scripture writing on the wall. Then on 11/11/16 I received another dream where I was taken by the Lord to survey a particular address and community within the Rowlett region. As I was brought to the particular address I saw multiple empty foundation sites that overlooked Lake Ray Hubbard. Some of these foundations had no house on them and some just had fresh dirt and were awaiting a slab foundation that was to be poured very soon. As I looked for the address I was shown a 2 story white house that had an upper room and I heard that, “This house was to be taken back to it’s original state.” I entered the house and began to climb a spiral staircase around and around and there was a bible study taking place on one of the floors and I heard them discussing Luke 1.9. I then made my way thru the house and up the stairs and began to see thru a window where a house had been built out on the lake waters with no road access in the middle of the lake. It looked like a bungalow and then I noticed the houses next to this white house on the shore had foundations that resembled a harvest basket and one was hedged in with many stones reinforcing the structure that was to be built upon it.

These things have stood out to me as I’ve carried and dialogued with the Lord about these dreams:
1)The White House represents the House of God/Church and it’s mandate as a House of Prayer and Upper Room to Encounter to meet, to know and to walk with Him. It’s the heart of the Father for the House of God in Rowlett to be taken back to it’s original state.
2)The graffiti over the Malachi 3 message represented the pollution/perversion of Truth that has crept in the church that keeps men from seeing the Truth and walking in greater levels of love and intimacy. Messengers are being raised up and they will be used to specifically expose these cracks in the foundation by heralding these truths in love as healing begins to repair the breach.
3)The foundations revealed in the dream not yet built upon represent that which is to be laid upon which is the Foundation that is built upon the revelation of Jesus Christ. There are a company of builders, messengers and forerunners arising in this hour that will repair/build the house in accordance to the vision shown them by the Spirit of the Lord. These houses will provide large outdoor walkways (bungalows) where many will be led in the Way outside the four walls of the church. Let me be very clear in that the Church is God’s plan but it’s call is to empower disciples of Christ to live out the Gospel (Ephesians 4.11) for all to see as they live their faith out loud and proclaim the Good News. I see this walkway just reinforcing the need to see balance where kingdom understanding sees the Great Commission come alive as Father’s business is being released in the region and purpose is being laid hold of.
4)Luke 1.9 is a key verse for identifying the spiritual temperature of every house in this hour. Where the Holy Spirt is not allowed to lead the people will have a drawing lots mentality of entering into the Presence of the Lord. This religious mentality leaves many looking to a man instead of looking unto the Author and Finisher of our faith by not being able to hear Him call their name to come forward. It’s a living outside the camp of the Lord and looking inward however the Lord has invited us into the fellowship of His Son and we’ve all been given access to come boldly before the throne of grace in our time of need.
5)The highlighting of the different foundations I believe to represent the coming harvest that these living structures will hold as well as the evidence of what it means for God’s house to be built upon the Rock and solidification of our personal confession and declaration that are coming forth as revelation of The Son of God is made known from deep within us. (Matthew 16.18) As I prayed about the bungalows on the water I sensed these houses would be places where deep would call unto deep and the spirit would call many to live life as they cast their bread upon the waters. (Ecclesiastes 11.1) I want to be very clear that I believe there will be multiple houses in the region that will steward the House of God and it will be a joy for many communities to come together in the heart of John 17 and the response will be the brethren seeing how good and how pleasant it is for the Body to come together (Ps 133). God looks upon the region of Rowlett and sees the church of Rowlett as one body and there are a company of leaders that are and will gave way to deeper works of unity in their hearts and in the city and thus make way.
6) The Coming Messenger of Chapter 3 of Malachi is sent to prepare the Way of the Lord. Yes this is prophetic of John the Baptist’s message which Jesus took up however we are called to prepare the Way of His second coming and like the parable of the 10 virgins we must find the oil to place within our lamps so might shine in Truth as we walk in union with Jesus and illuminate Him. The fruit of the cleansing produced in the people comes from the refiners fire and this message will cut and wound the hearts of many to bring healing and remove any hinderances from stepping into intimacy with the Father. Theres a river of life coming to the Eastern corridor of Rowlett.
7)The leaders and builders of God in this hour will prepare a homecoming for Jesus as like Hebrews 11.10 they have waited for a city that had foundations and whose Builder and Maker is God. Rowlett you have builders who’ve been waiting in the wings and it’s now time for them to come forth and together so the blueprints and plans of Gods can be seen coming alive in the hearts of men! God is raising up and awakening a citywide body in your region.

There’s a great increase of Innovation, Influence, Creativity and Commerce sparking in the region of Rowlett and you (Rowlett) will provoke many surrounding cities with the divine favor that is coming to and thru your gates. It’s a great time to live in the City of Rowlett but it must be laid hold of and stewarded by My people.

The following passages came to me for the region.

Luke 1.17
It is he who will go as a forerunner before Him in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the fathers back to the children, and the disobedient to the attitude of the righteous [which is to seek and submit to the will of God]—in order to make ready a people [perfectly] prepared [spiritually and morally] for the Lord.”

I also heard Isaiah 58.12 over the region:
“Those from among you will rebuild the ancient ruins; You will raise up the age-old foundations; And you will be called the repairer of the breach, The restorer of the streets in which to dwell.

Hebrews 11.10
For he was [waiting expectantly and confidently] looking forward to the city which has foundations, [an eternal, heavenly city] whose architect and builder is God.
